Souss-Massa Investment Awards 2026: Agadir Celebrates Economic Pioneers and Affirms Its Leadership as a Global Investment Hub

Agadir hosts the inaugural Souss-Massa Investment Awards, honoring the region’s most innovative and sustainable companies.

On the night of Saturday, April 4, 2026, the capital of the Souss‑Massa region witnessed a high‑level economic event as the Souss‑Massa Regional Investment Center organized the inaugural edition of the “Souss‑Massa Investment Awards.”

The event highlights the successes driving the region’s economic transformation and honors investors who have made innovation and sustainability cornerstones of their projects.

The ceremony was not merely a prize‑giving occasion but an embodiment of public‑policy convergence, with a significant presence of the Deputy Minister attached to the Head of Government responsible for Investment, Convergence and Public‑Policy Evaluation, the Wali of the Souss‑Massa region, as well as the President of the Regional Council and the Governor of the Inzegane Ait Melloul prefecture. The event brought together, under one roof, a host of major economic and institutional actors, reflecting the strategic importance the State places on bolstering investment attractiveness in the central economic hub of the Kingdom.

The awards of this edition were presented to reflect the diversity of the entrepreneurial fabric and its capacity to innovate. Aya Gold & Silver won the “Investor of the Year” award for its pioneering role, while Agri 4.0 received the “Innovation” award for pushing the boundaries of technology in the agricultural sector.

On the social‑responsibility front, Concentrix was awarded the “Social Impact” prize in recognition of its contribution to local development, while the organization celebrated women’s economic empowerment by giving Mira Fish the “Female Entrepreneurship” award. As for the next generation of entrepreneurs, Biborne was crowned “Startup of the Year,” and the “Moroccan Investor in the World” award went to Daniland, underscoring the strong ties that bind foreign expertise to their home country.

The celebration did not stop there; it also included special mentions for companies that have left a clear mark on the regional dynamics, notably: Vetcam, Bouskoura Urban, Silda, CMCP International Paper, Segula Technologies, and Eco Terre.
