The Governor of Agadir chairs the Board of Directors meeting of the Development Company and approves the 2026 program.

The Wali of the Souss-Massa region, Said Amzazi, chaired this morning, Saturday April 4 2026, the board meeting of the Agadir Souss-Massa Development Company, in the presence of the President of the Regional Council, Karim Ashankli, and the various shareholders of the company.

The meeting marked a key step in assessing the material and financial results of all programmes and projects overseen by the company, as the progress of the undertakings and the commitments made were examined, alongside a review of the accounts for the last fiscal year as part of performance evaluation and the improvement of management governance.

Board members also discussed the company's future direction, particularly regarding the continued implementation of structural projects aimed at strengthening infrastructure and developing the region's urban area.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the work programme and the provisional budget for 2026 were approved, reflecting the development dynamism of the Souss-Massa region and reinforcing the company's role in monitoring major projects and delivering sustainable development.
