SAKANKOM 2026: Agadir Positions Itself as a National Hub for Real Estate and Construction

From July 23 to 25, 2026, the city of Agadir will host the inaugural edition of SAKANKOM, the International Exhibition of Real Estate, Professional Real Estate and Construction, organized by INDUSTRICOM GROUP. The event aims to bring together the sector’s key players to stimulate investment, strengthen partnerships, and highlight the economic potential of the Souss‑Massa region.

Envisioned as a platform dedicated to professional exchanges and business opportunities, the exhibition will bring together representatives from the public and private sectors, including real‑estate developers, construction firms, banks, financial institutions, architecture firms, engineering consultancies, as well as providers of technical and innovative solutions.

Over three days, visitors will have the chance to explore a diversified offering covering residential projects, commercial real estate, financing solutions, urban development programmes and new technologies aimed at the construction sector.
