Frankfurt Moves Closer to Agadir: New Air Route to Boost Tourism in the Souss-Massa Region

Discover Airlines inaugurated a new Frankfurt–Agadir route, with 168 passengers arriving and 165 departing on the inaugural flight, according to the Agadir Souss-Massa Regional Tourism Council.

The Agadir Souss-Massa destination has welcomed the launch of a new air route linking the German city of Frankfurt with Agadir, operated by Discover Airlines. The initiative aims to strengthen air connectivity between the region and the German market while supporting its tourism appeal.

According to the Agadir Souss-Massa Regional Tourism Council, the inaugural flight carried 168 arriving passengers and 165 departing passengers, highlighting the importance of this new connection for mobility between the two destinations.

The Regional Tourism Council is counting on this new air link to bring the Souss-Massa region closer to the German market and strengthen Agadir’s profile among German tourists, thereby supporting its appeal and expanding opportunities to attract more visitors.

The launch of this route is part of efforts to develop air connectivity to the Agadir Souss-Massa destination and diversify target tourism markets.
