Agadir Ida‑Outanane: a reception area for users to smooth the start of the school year

The provincial education directorate has opened a space dedicated to families and education staff, with a commission tasked with listening and directing them to the relevant services.

Under the slogan “Quality education for all”, and in line with the 2022‑2026 roadmap and ministerial and academic instructions aimed at embedding good governance, the provincial directorate of Agadir Ida‑Outanane created, on the eve of the 2026‑2027 school year, a dedicated and equipped space to welcome users.

The initiative is part of a proactive approach designed to streamline administrative procedures, bring the administration closer to citizens, and provide reliable information in a timely manner.

The space includes a specialized commission tasked with listening to concerns, guiding families and educational staff to the appropriate services, and assisting them with the various procedures related to the start of the school year.

According to the directorate, the measure reflects the new provincial director’s communication approach, based on closeness and efficiency, aimed at strengthening public trust. It has been well received by the directorate’s users, thanks to the organization implemented and the time saved.
